Sam Ringger and State Meet Information

From Coach Zeilenga:

As many of you already know, Sam Ringger, qualified for the State cross country meet by finishing 5^th at the Sectional Meet last Thursday in Fergus Falls.  The State meet will take place this upcoming Saturday, November 4 at St. Olaf College.  Sam runs at 11AM. 

Unfortunately, we are not taking a team bus there, but anyone is welcome to drive on their own to watch.  You might also want to try and carpool with a group of athletes/families.  There is no cost for entrance into the meet.

Also, we will have practice today through Thursday if anyone wants to join us for a workout!  We will be done by 4:15 each day.  Dress appropriately for the weather though! We will be running outside.

Where: High school commons

When: Sunday, November 5, 

5pm-6:30pm

Please bring:

Grades 7-8: fruits/veggies, side dish or dessert

Grade 9: desserts

Grade 10: side dishes

Grade 11 & 12: main dishes

You are more than welcome to bring more than one dish.  There are around 45 athletes. Coaches will provide beverages.
