Whether you are participating in a winter sport or not, there are plenty of opportunities to run and race in our area now that the Cross Country season has been completed.
The Endrunance Shop co-sponsors the Hump Day 5K every Wednesday at 6 pm. The course changes from week to week, is run year round and is free of charge. A great non-competitive option for our runners and parents to participate. Many of our runners and parents have participated in this event in the past. You can get more information here:

Additionally, if there is enough interest, we can organize a group run on the weekends in November before winter sports start. We can run from Sauk Rapids Coborn's and do a 4.5 mile loop running the river and crossing the St. Germain Bridge and the Sauk Rapids bridge.
