Congratulations to all of the runners who trimmed a lot of time off of their previous week's times by taking advantage of yesterday's cooler weather and favorable course (flat and shaded)! Great to see even MORE new runners at the meet as well!

Please make sure to turn in your pancake breakfast money if you have sold all your tickets. There are more tickets available too if you wish to sell more.
