Pot Luck - Monday November 5 - 6 pm
Our year end Pot Luck is scheduled for Monday, November 5 at 6pm at SRR High School. Please come through the front entrance. Beverages, plates, napkins and silverware will be provided.

Off Season Group Run Information - First Group Run Sunday 11/4
In speaking with the athletes prior to the finish the season, there was interest in group runs to fill in the gap between the end of the cross country season and the beginning of the winter sports season.
With the feedback given, we decided to set group runs two days a week until the winter season starts:
Wednesday evening 5k runs in conjunction with the Hump Day 5K's (no entrance fee) from the Endrunance Shop at 6 pm every Wednesday and Sunday afternoons at 1 pm from the Sauk Rapids Coborn's. The 5K course changes from week to week at the Endrunance Shop and our route can vary each week from Coborn's as well depending on what the group decides.

As long as there is decent participation (at least three athletes each week), I would be willing to continue the Sunday runs through the winter sports season as well. If we do not have enough participation, I will be discontinuing the group runs. If you have issues setting up rides to the locations, please communicate with each other to car pool and the Wrights might also be able to assist with some of the transportation needs.
Drew and my wife Brenda will be at Sauk Rapids Coborn's THIS Sunday, November 4 to kick off the program. Let's continue to work together in the off season in preparation for our future endeavors!!
Of course, parents and friends are ALWAYS welcome to join us!!!
