Coach Zeilenga released our practice and meet schedule last night at the parent meeting. She will pass the schedule out to the runners at the first practice for those who did not receive it at the meeting.
Here is the schedule for August (subject to change): (practices will be held at SRR High School)
Mon 8/13 thru Fri 8/17: practice 7:30-9:30 am
Sat 8/18: run 5-6 miles on your own
Mon 8/20 thru Fri 8/24: practice 7:30-9:30 am
Sat 8/25: run 5-6 miles on your own
Mon 8/27: Apollo Meet at VA Hospital 4 pm (no bus - please arrive no later than 3 pm!)
Pot luck at the Wright House follows the meet for all athletes and families
Tues 8/28: practice 3:30-5:30 pm
Wed 8/29: no practice
Thurs 8/30: practice 3:30-5:30 pm (pictures will be taken as well!)
Fri 8/31: practice 7:30-9:30 am
