Middle schoolers: Coach Zeilenga will be holding the 2014 Cross Country sign up meeting at the Sauk Rapids-Rice Middle School on Friday, May 23, 2014 from 11 am to 12:45 pm.
If you have interest in returning to the team, or know of someone who has interest in joining the team next season that will be in 7th-9th grade next season, PLEASE bring them to the meeting with you!
As always, the more the merrier with our team! Remember, you never sit on the bench in cross country, you will ALWAYS participate at the meets. So if you have a friend who doesn't have a fall sport picked out or have a friend who is burned out of their current fall sport, PLEASE bring them to the meeting!
High schoolers: Announcements will be made to head to the office to sign up sometime next week (the week of May 19). You can sign up there and summer training information should be available as well. High school members: the same goes for all of you, please keep recruiting other athletes that are not involved in a fall sport or are burned out of a fall sport and wish to switch. We would love to have them aboard!
