As many of you already know, Sam Ringger, qualified for the
State cross country meet by finishing 5th at the Sectional Meet last
Thursday in Fergus Falls. The State meet will take place this upcoming
Saturday, November 4 at St. Olaf College. Sam runs at 11AM.
Unfortunately, we are not
taking a team bus there, but anyone is welcome to drive on their own to
watch. You might also want to try and carpool with a group of
athletes/families. There is no cost for entrance into the meet.

Also, we will have practice today through Thursday if anyone
wants to join us for a workout! We will be done by 4:15 each day.
Dress appropriately for the weather though! We will be running outside.
