The Captain's practice this week will be moved to Thursday at 8:30 am at the completion of Speed and Strength. Please mark your calendars accordingly.
A reminder: coaches practice will remain at 3:30 pm on Wednesdays through the end of June. If the time does not work out but you could make a later practice (example: 6:30) on a Wednesday, please contact Coach Zeilenga or Tim Wright with feedback and a change may be made for July.
Please don't forget about our community run/walks on Sunday nights this summer! 7 pm at Municipal Park in Sauk Rapids. It is a great way to wind down your summer weekends!
Lastly, please make sure you are keeping track of the miles you are logging this summer!
