Logging your summer miles! (100 Mile Club and 150 Mile Club)

A reminder from Coach Zeilenga to please record your miles you are accumulating this summer so we can keep track of all of the miles run by our team.  This will also be utilized to keep track individual miles for the 100 Mile Club and the 150 Mile Clubs as well.  Runners who log this amount of miles over the summer will be rewarded with a shirt!

A form will be distributed to everyone at some point either via email or in person at one of the captains or coaches practices.  But in the interim, please log your miles in writing until you get the "official log" from Coach Zeilenga!
