An invitation to all of you to join us for a group run at
the track at Sauk Rapids Middle School at 7 pm on Thursday, June 12th.
We plan on running brief warm ups and cool downs and in
between a little speed work. It is
supposed to be cool and breezy tomorrow so come out and join us and take
advantage of the cool running weather!
