In the past, we have organized Sunday evening runs at 7 pm at Municipal Park in Sauk Rapids during the summer months before the cross country season starts. We have courses ranging from 2-5 miles and it is not limited to the student athletes. Parents and friends are welcome to join too!

If we get a minimum of five participants, we will continue to schedule them. If we get less than five or no interest at all, we won't schedule them.
