Captain's Practices are now scheduled three days a week until official practices start on Monday AUGUST 11.
Sundays: 7 pm - Municipal Park in Sauk Rapids
Tuesdays: 9 am - Municipal Park in Sauk Rapids
Thursdays: 7 pm - Sauk Rapids Middle School Track
Coach Zeilenga says the Captain's Practices are not mandatory, but are STRONGLY suggested!
Please make an effort to attend as many practices as you can in this team setting.
